The MultiZero Clamp Pallet is a clamping pallet with array of M12 thread holes on top, for clamping of fixtures, vises and workpiece directly. Clamping of the workpiece can be done also from the bottom side of the pallet to free-up all five sides for machining. Using the MultiZero Pallet System offers several advantages by enabling clamping of the workpiece outside the machine:

Seamless Transfer Between Operations: Workpieces clamped on the MultiZero Clamp Pallet can be easily transferred to other machining processes, such as Sink EDM, Wire EDM, measuring machines, or additional milling machines, without losing their precise zero-point alignment. The system ensures a repeatability accuracy of 5 μm, maintaining consistent positioning across different operations.

3. Flexibility and Process Interruption: The machining process can be temporarily interrupted to remove the workpiece on the pallet. When returned, the workpiece can be reclamped in the exact same zero-point position, ensuring uninterrupted precision and continuity.
