Finished electrodes can be transferred on the pallet to measuring machines or electrode holders, maintaining their original position for seamless workflow integration.

Seamless Transfer Between Operations: Electrodes clamped on the MultiZero EDM Pallet can be easily transferred to other machining processes, like measuring machines, or additional milling machines, without losing their precise zero-point alignment. The system ensures a repeatability accuracy of 5 μm, maintaining consistent positioning across different operations.

3. Flexibility and Process Interruption: The machining process can be temporarily interrupted to remove the electrodes on the pallet. When returned, the electrodes can be reclamped in the exact same zero-point position, ensuring uninterrupted precision and continuity.
