The MultiZero Base Plate, crafted from high-quality stainless tool steel, mounts onto the machine table as a foundation for securing workpieces with MultiZero workholding equipment. Its conical slots, arranged in a precise 50mm or 100mm grid with zero-point references at each intersection, enable positioning with a repeatable accuracy of 5μm. This setup provides maximum flexibility in zero-point clamping, accommodating a wide range of workholding elements and allowing for seamless expansion across the entire machine table. Mounting of the workholding elements is done by M12 screw. Existing workholding equipment can be secured on the MultiZero Base Plate either by using MultiZero Slots or by mounting the device onto a MultiZero Blank Pallet.
