- Integrated SINCO Standard clamping flexibility
The automation pallet surface replicates the MultiZero Base Plate standard. All MultiZero workholding elements – modular vises, risers, clamps, support elements, mount directly onto the pallet with 5 μm zero-point repeatability. Set up offline while the machine runs.
- Adapts to any automation provider
Every MultiZero Automation Pallet is customized to match the interface of any automation provider while maximizing the available workpiece envelope, with a custom pallet size. The top surface remains fully MultiZero compatible regardless of the automation interface below.
- Virtual Machining Setup
Every MultiZero component comes with 3D data, so the complete pallet layout – workholding configuration, tool access paths, and machining operations, can be verified digitally before the first chip is cut. RFID chips can be added to pallets and workholding elements for full tracking across the production process.
