MultiZero Clamp Support
The MultiZero Clamp Support is a 50mm height support element for use with the MultiZero Clamp Pallet. MultiZero Clamp Support positions on H7 holes on the Clamp Pallet with the underside of the element, while on the upperside connects to the workpiece via predetermined technological holes. There are two variants of MultiZero Clamp Support:
- MultiZero Clamp Support: where clamping of the workpiece is done from the underside of the MultiZero Clamp Pallet using M10 screws that go through the underside of the pallet, through the MultiZero Clamp Support, and into the workpiece.
- MultiZero Clamp Support Threaded: where clamping of the workpiece is done by M12 clamping screws that go through the workpiece, mounting into the threads inside the MultiZero Clamp Support Threaded.
A minimum of three supports is required for stable lifting and clamping of the workpiece.
MultiZero Clamp Support
The MultiZero Double Vise Wedge offers dual-sided, precise 2.5 mm adjustable clamping for two workpieces at once.
